Steamed Mackerel with Soya Bean Paste

Steamed mackerel with Soya bean paste is easy to prepare and cook.

My son, Bryan, who is only 15 years old, is very good with this fish recipe.

steamed mackerel

Mackerel is widely available all year round and is a top-bait for many species, especially saltwater predatory species. Hence, mackerel is also good and delicious for human predators.

An oily species, the meat is tender with aromatic flavor, and it is very versatile for a number of cooking methods.

Ingredients :

2 average size mackerel

2 tsp. finely chopped ginger

2 tbsp. olive oil

4 – 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped

1 tsp. sugar

1 pepperoni (optional)

11/2 tbsp. Soya bean paste

Directions :

Clean the fish. Put on a plate.

Mix the entire prepared ingredient in a bowl.

Pour and spread them over the fish

Steam the fish together with the ingredients for 10 minutes at high heat and ready to eat.
