Cod Fish Recipes with Teriyaki Sauce

Most cod fish recipes are easy to prepare and cook as most cod are sold as ready-to-cook frozen fillets. Often, the price of the meat is quite expensive.

The white-flesh is high in protein and very low in calories. It's very versatile for a variety of mouth-watering fish recipes. Bake, steam, deep fried or making them into fish cakes, cod is super.

Below here is one of my favorite recipes which I find very delicious to eat and share with you. Fried cod fish with teriyaki sauce is a delicious and healthy dish, which is easy to prepare and cook, dressed with fresh cooked vegetables.
